The Fairhill Fun Day will be taking place at the Fairhill Lifestyles Centre on the Saturday 12th September. There’s more information at the Fairhill Fun Day website here.
Interested in finding out more about Traditional Shotokan Karate and the training we do ? The club will be doing a demonstration from 1:00-1:30pm on the day with Junior and Senior students participating. We will perform some Kata (or “Forms”) and maybe some Wood breaking (Tameshiwari). We’ll also try to include an Embu (or “Battle”) demonstration between a couple of the senior grades.
